At Peppermayo, we want you to love your new outfit, but if it's not a perfect match, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or refund. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals in place.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Your Return Option
Select between a store credit, which includes a bonus incentive, or a refund to your original payment method for full-priced items.
Pack and Post
Print your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your store credit or refund to be issued.
